The Herman Group is an independent, national brand specializing in residential real estate sales and REO property listings under the brand name of Herman Group Real Estate.

In business since 2004, The Herman Group encompasses many aspects of the real estate industry including residential and commercial real estate, mortgage, title, relocation, short sales and REO properties.

The Herman Group began in Colorado and Wyoming under a franchise, but quickly outgrew those constraints and expanded into other markets. Most recently, offices were added in Florida under the Herman Group Real Estate Brand. Plans are under way to expand throughout Colorado into multiple markets outside Denver and Colorado Springs.
